Antonio Ortiz Perez, passed away on October 14, 2024. Cherished father of Antonio L. Green, Rosie M. "Mimo" Green, Tameron N. Green, Tyler A. Green and the late Timothy M. Green; proud grandfather of Avarie Green, Brayana Smith, Yurbi Green and Mitchell Green; devoted son of the late Jose Carmen Ortiz and the late Maria Guadalupe Ortiz Perez; loving brother of Ofelia Ortiz, Rosa Maria Ortiz, Margarita (Reynel Villalobas) Ortiz, Martha Elena (Roberto) Lara, Natalie Ortiz, Alberto (Juan Carlos Gonzalez) Ortiz, Raul (Scott Mossman) Ortiz and the late Sgt. Juan Ramon Ortiz C.P.D, former husband and dear friend of Rosie A. Green.

Antonio will be missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Epiphany Catholic Church, 2524 S. Keeler Ave, Chicago, IL 60623. Following visitation at Hursen Funeral Home, 4001 W Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162 from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm.
