Beatriz Eugenia Garcia, born May 15, 1959 in Ocotlán, Jalisco, Mexico, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026.

Beatriz was a woman of deep faith whose life was centered around her family. She found joy in the simple moments that brought people together. She loved tending to her plants, watching her favorite novelas and policiacas, shopping, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren, who brought her endless happiness.

Beatriz had a strong and unforgettable spirit. She could be stubborn at times, but her heart was always full of love for those around her. She was friendly, caring, and thoughtful, and beautiful both inside and out. Her warmth, strength, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Gustavo Garcia, and her children, Cynthia & Louie Rodriguez, Daisy & Marc Marseille, and Gustavo & Erick Aguilar. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Delilah, Dylan, and Camila, along with many extended family members and loved ones who will miss her deeply.

Though her family’s hearts are heavy, they take comfort in knowing she is now at peace. Everyone who knew Beatriz knew her favorite phrase, “ta frío!” Today, her family finds comfort in knowing that where she is, she will finally be as warm and comfortable as she deserves to be.

Her love lives on in the family she cherished so deeply, and she will be missed more than words can ever express.

Funeral visitation Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 3:00pm to 9:00 pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads in Hillside, Illinois. Prayers Monday at 9:00 am from the funeral home to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Melrose Park. Mass 11:00 am. Inurnment Saturday, April 4th, 2026 at 10:00 am at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.

Beatriz fue una mujer de profunda fe cuya vida giraba en torno a su familia. Encontraba alegría en los momentos sencillos que reunían a sus seres queridos. Le encantaba cuidar sus plantas, ver sus novelas y programas policiacos favoritos, ir de compras y, sobre todo, pasar tiempo con sus nietos, quienes le brindaban una felicidad infinita.

Beatriz tenía un espíritu fuerte e inolvidable. A veces podía ser terca, pero su corazón siempre estuvo lleno de amor por quienes la rodeaban. Era amable, cariñosa y considerada, y hermosa tanto por dentro como por fuera. Su calidez, fortaleza y devoción por su familia serán recordadas por todos los que la conocieron y la amaron.

Le sobreviven su amado esposo, Gustavo García, y sus hijos, Cynthia y Louie Rodríguez, Daisy y Marc Marseille, y Gustavo y Erick Aguilar. También deja a sus queridos nietos, Delilah, Dylan y Camila, así como a muchos familiares y seres queridos que la extrañarán profundamente.

Aunque los corazones de su familia están llenos de tristeza, encuentran consuelo al saber que ahora descansa en paz. Todos los que conocieron a Beatriz recuerdan su frase favorita: “¡ta frío!”. Hoy, su familia encuentra consuelo al saber que, donde ella está, finalmente se encuentra tan cálida y tranquila como siempre lo mereció.

Velorio el domingo 29 de marzo de 2026, de 3:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m., en la funeraria Hursen en la esquina suroeste de Roosevelt y Mannheim Roads, en Hillside, Illinois. Las oraciones se realizarán el lunes a las 9:00 a.m., partiendo desde la funeraria hacia la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmelo, en Melrose Park. La Misa será a las 11:00 a.m. Inhumación de las cenizas sabado el 4 de abril de 2026 a las 10:00 a. m. en el Cementerio Reina del Cielo en Hillside.
