Obituary

Carol B. Jasiak, 85 passed away peacefully with her family by her side.  She is preceded in death by her Mother & Father Francis & Bernice Jasiak.

Best Friend & Sister of Jane F. Truchan, Brother Francis Jasiak (Deanna), Beloved Best Aunt of Sandy, John, Lynn, Joe, Janet, Lisa, Lori, Karen and the Late Frankie.

Carol was a Great Aunt and Great Great Aunt to many whom she loved dearly.

Retired teacher from Northlake Middle School and Sienna Girls Catholic School. Carol didn't stop working on retirement.  She filled her days working at Pheasant Run Golf Course as a ranger and then for Proviso Township as a medical transport driver.

Carol was a die hard White Sox Fan, lover of golf and travel. We kindly request that you wear anything White Sox or Black & White to her services.

Services will be held on Friday, November 14th, 2025 Lying In-State from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass 10:00 am at Mary Mother of Divine Grace, formely Divine Providence Church, 2550 Mayfair Avenue,  Westchester, Illinois 60154. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
