Catherine L. "Cathy" Wallace, beloved wife of Richard; loving mother of Eric (Lorri) Wallace; dear grandmother of Eliot & Virginia "Ginny".

Cathy was fortunate to be adopted as a baby into a big loving Italian and Polish family. She had a very happy childhood. She enjoyed being home, reading her bible and watching her YouTube music videos. She was crazy about her son Eric and her two little grandchildren, Eliot and Ginny. Cathy enjoyed the company of her two dogs, Buster and Lady. She fed the birds all the time, growing the flock to at least a hundred.

Cathy constantly beat back a severe mental illness with the help of a good doctor, who stuck by her for 40 years. She always bounced back to live a fulfilled and grateful life.

Visitation Sunday, February 6, 2023, 2:00pm-6:00pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside/Westchester. Prayer Monday 9:00am from the funeral home to St. Domitilla Church. Mass 10:00am.
