Charles Edward Bass Sr, 75, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at his home in Bellwood.  Charles was born February 29, 1948, in Bonita to the late General and Estelle Bass. Left to cherish the memory of Charles is his loving wife Johnnye Bass, his siblings, children, and a host of grand and great grandchildren. His easy spirit and laughter will be greatly missed.
