David William Scott passed away unexpectedly on October 29, 2025 at the age of 67. David was preceded in death by his father David, his stepfather Robert and his sister Antonia. David is survived by his mother Doris, his wife Diane, his children David Smith, Terrell Smith, Demi Scott, Alyssa Scott, Angel Scott, Precious Scott & Imani Scott, grandchildren Myla, Nia, Brooklyn, La'nia, Victoria, Napoleon & Emmanuel, his brothers Howard and Thomas, and 9 first cousins.

Memorial Visitation Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside/ Westchester. Family to gather on Friday 10:00 am at the funeral home, proceeding to Oakridge Cemetery.
