Deborah M. Palmer was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 25th, 1955 to Walter and Mary Moore. Both preceded her in death, along with her brother Leon “Bubba” Moore and sister Jeanette “Tina” Moore.

Deborah attended and graduated from Summer Elementary School and Lucy Flowers High School in Chicago, Illinois.

In 1980, Deborah relocated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She pursued further education and obtained her Medical Assistance Certificate. Deborah demonstrated more than 30 years of committed service prior to her retirement.

Deborah enjoyed her retirement by spending time with her children and grandchildren. She spent hours talking to her mom on the phone and enjoyed chatting and laughing with her “Bestie” sister Jeanette.

Deborah passed away peacefully on March 27th, 2026, at 1:47 am in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Deborah is survived by her four children: Ladell (Marilyn) Moore of Milwaukee, WI; Nicole (Jaron) Palmer of University Park, IL; Roderick Palmer of Milwaukee, WI; and Vernell (Anneka) Sims of Cincinnati, OH. She also leaves behind four siblings: Brenda Moore of Chicago, IL; Jeffrey (Sheron) Moore of LaGrange, IL; Toni (Willie) McCullum of Glendale Heights, IL; and Dovie (Curtis) Moore of Oak Park, IL. Additionally, she is survived by her aunt, Earcell Hines of Madison, WI, fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
