^{Francine R. Owens, daughter of the late Louis and Edna Owens, was born on November 11th, 1954. Francine attended and graduated from South Shore High School, Chicago, IL. While in high school she excelled in modern dance and music. She later attended classes, earning a Medical Assistant certificate. Francine was bless with two daughters, Tamica & Vonashey Owens. Francine enjoyed cooking for family members and listening to music. She will be remembered for the love and affection she showed family and friends. She was a regular attendee of Broadview Baptist Church, until her health prevented her from doing so.}

^{Francine departed this life February 19th, 2021 at home surrounded by loved ones. She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter Vonashey, Son-in-law Justin, seven grandchildren Shon, Keyari, Khalila, Cyrus, Taevon, Corday, and Dakota; four nephews Djuan, Tyree, Timothy, and Christopher; three nieces Nikki, Stephanie, & Vanessa; a host of other family members and friends.}
