Georgekutty Idicheriya passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 20, 2025, at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of Aniyamma Georgekutty; loving father of Selu John (John Raju), Sebu George (Gigi George), & Jessy Johnson (Binu Johnson); dear grandfather of Elina John, Johneli John, Elijah George, Hannah Johnson, & Nathaniah Johnson; cherished brother of Marykutty John (John Titus), Rachel Mammarapallil (the late Stephen Mammarapallil),  Jacob Idicheriya (Annie Jacob), & Leelamma John ( the late John George).

Visitation Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am until time of service 9:00 am at St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church, 710 N Main St, Lombard, IL 60148.

Interment Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, IL.
