J ames Marzette, Jr. was born to Robertine and James Marzette on   July 5, 1958 in Chicago, IL one of 8 siblings. James attended school in Chicago and ultimately moved to Bellwood, IL. James never married but considered himself to be the most handsome man walking when he dressed up.

James was preceded in death by mother Robertine Marzette, father James Marzette, sisters Rita Marzette, Linda Smith, and Virginia Bell, brothers James Marzette Jr., Melvin Marzette, and Paul Marzette. James leaves to cherish his memory sisters Regina Jennings (WT), Samuella Marzette-Griggs (Kenny), Glenda Truss, Sharon  Marzette, Jeanette Marzette, Patricia Bell, Ella Bell, Tonya Marzette. Brothers Arktrell Marzette, Franc Marzette, Michael Marzette, John Marzette (Andrea), Ronald Marzette (Cherise) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation Thursday,  June 30, 2022, 10:00 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m. at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside/Westchester.
