Our beloved James (Roosevelt) Wilson was born on June 27 th , 1943 to Frank and Janet Wilson (both preceded him in death) in Jackson, Arkansas. Roosevelt was the fourth of seven children who include Hazel (Hershel – Deceased), June (Shirley -Deceased), Billy (Ann), Jimmy (Kathy), Emma and Josephine (Robert). Roosevelt attended Newport High School in Arkansas and relocated to Chicago in 1965, where at the age of twenty-two he met and married the love of his life Nancy Love. They were united in matrimony on March 12 th , 1965. To their union four boys were born, James (Countess), twins Renard (who preceded him in death), Reginald and Dwuan. In 1981 Roosevelt and his four sons accepted Christ and were baptized at Mercy Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago Illinois. Roosevelt loved to joke, laugh and could tear up the dance floor! He was very giving and would help anyone he could and often went out of his way to do so. He retired from Central Tires in 1990 but continued to work on cars until he became ill.
