Beloved husband of Laura, for 68 wonderful years; loving father of Jerry (the late Leslie), Timothy (Karen Finley) Griffin & Sherri Reavers; dear grandfather of 7; great Pa-Pa of 12; fond brother of James (Mary), Clarence (Jean), Betty (Samuel), Barbara, Mary (Lenell), Don (Earline), Geraldine, Darlene, Sharon and preceded in death by Nathaniel Jr., Alfred, George and Mary; uncle of many.

Funeral visitation will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads in Hillside, Illinois.

On Saturday, November 16, 2024 visitation will be at Broadview Missionary Baptist Church, from 10:00 am until time of funeral service 11:00 am. Interment Glen Oak Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
