Jose J. Hernandez, 59, of Chicago, IL, passed away on August 17, 2026. He is survived by his three children, Johnathan, Ashley & Alyssa; two sisters, Gloria & Linda, one brother Juan Gabriel, granddaughter, Hadley and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Manzano. Jose was a hard and dedicated worker, a loved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, friend and cousin to many. He will forever be in our hearts. 

Visitation Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:00am until time of service 12 noon at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside.
