Juanita Trotter was born on June 10, 1944 in Calhoun City, MS to the blessed union of the late OccoLess Trotter and Nora Roberts. Juanita confessed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior as a youth at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Upon graduating from South Calhoun High School, Juanita relocated to Chicago where she resided with her older brother Joe Trotter and completed school for Dental Assistant.

Juanita continued her education and obtained her Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Chicago State University. She enjoyed a fruitful career as a CPA with Soft Sheen where she traveled the world including Europe representing the brand.

She enjoyed school, reading, watching football, basketball and valued education.  Juanita was preceded in death by her parents OccoLess and Nora Trotter, siblings Donald Trotter, O.L. "Pee Wee" Trotter, John (Carole) Trotter, Jessie Harper, Joe (Kathleen) Trotter, and Yvonne Young.

She leaves behind Sisters Maggie (Bruce) Doss, Allene Williams, Verlee Stovall and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, Cousins and friends and family who loved her dearly.

Visitation Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 11:00am until time of service 12:00pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside/Westchester. Interment Oakridge Cemetery.  Info:800-562-0082
