Kenneth R. Filip, 58, of Bellwood passed away on December 4, 2023 amid his battle in a return of cancer. He was born on June 13, 1965 to the late Emil and Mildred Filip. After studying in school for his passion of Ecology and a transition to earning his Associate's Degree for Recreation & Leisure at Triton College, Kenneth spent most of his life helping others with special needs to enjoy fun and recreation. Kenneth is survived by his brother James Filip, sister Donna Filip, nephew Nicholas (Laura) Filip, niece Stacey Rodriguez, and many very loving cousins he cared dearly for.
