LaVonne was called home to her heavenly Father and will rest beside her loving husband Drake. Also preceding her in death were her parents, twin brother James H. and Eddie H.

She leaves to cherish her love, children: Eric, Tonya and Sidney (Nicki); grandchildren: Shannon, Tiffany, Donnell, Amber, Brandon (Caprice), Channing, Michael (Arely), Nicholas, Xavier, Erica, Sydni Dion; great grandchildren: Tre'von, Aaliyah, Shekiyah, Amia, Shaliyah, Shayla, Ava, Ayanna, Demarcus, Brandon Jr, Bryan, Brylen, Brayden and Aaliyah; a brother James Jr.; three special ladies Kelly, Leiah and Connie Lee; a host of family and friends.

Visitation Friday, June 16, 2023 from 10:00 am until time of service 11:00 am at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
