Rachel was born on May 2, 1979 to Inez Narbaiz and Richard Narbaiz (deceased). She was born in Chicago, Illinois in her teenage years, moved to Cicero, Illinois, but later reside in Monee, Illinois. Rachel also known as Hazel was called to be with the Lord on the morning of, Friday June 23, 2023. She leaves behind to cherish her memories: Her mother, her siblings, her children, her grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation Saturday, July 1st, 2023 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside.
