Steven M. Meiers, age 72, of Glen Ellyn, passed away Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. Born October 20th, 1953, to James and Evelyn Meiers. He was a Lifelong entrepreneur and the proud owner/operator of AMS Contracting and Construction in Villa Park. He was a devoted and loving father to his two sons Brian and Tony and a cherished brother to his sisters Janet (Richard) Snead, Carol (Vernon) Dupee, and Eileen (Raymond) Moy. 

He was preceded in death by his two sisters and brother in-law, Kathleen (Richard) Crank and Jean Meiers.

A celebration of Steves life will be held at Ki’s, 705 North Avenue, Glendale Heights, IL on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 from 2pm-5pm.
