Virgil "Jay" Turner, III, passed away unexpectedly on November 27, 2024 he leaves to cherish his memories: his parents Virgil & Helen Turner; his sisters, Alanda (Melvin) and Amanda (Mario); his brother, Justin; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were touched by his love and kindness.  He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Grace Pearson & Earnestine Page, Grandfathers Lorenzo Pearson, Virgil Turner, & BJ (Freeman) Page, Aunts Ruby Woolfolk & Maggie Jenkins, Uncles George & King Jenkins

Visitation Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service 10:30 a.m. at Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory, SW corner of Roosevelt & Mannheim Roads, Hillside. Interment Oakridge Cemetery.
